Strategy, Partnerships & Operations | Strengthening Systems, Funding & Impact for Mission-Led Organisations
Helping mission-led organisations strengthen partnerships, funding pipelines, internal systems, and operational execution to deliver clearer strategy and greater impact
I work at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, funding, and operations, helping mission-led organisations turn ambition into structured execution and measurable impact. Across education, international development, workforce development, and social impact, I have supported organisations across Europe, Southeast Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa and North America, to build external relationships, strengthen opportunity pipelines, coordinate complex proposals, improve internal systems, and translate strategic priorities into fundable, actionable initiatives. My value sits in the space between growth and delivery: building the relationships, narratives, processes, and coordination structures that help teams move from opportunity to execution.
Areas of Work
Focused on the systems, relationships, and execution needed to help mission-driven organisations grow, secure opportunities, and deliver meaningful impact.

Strategy, Systems & Operational Execution
I help mission-led organisations translate strategy into practical plans, clearer processes, and stronger coordination. My work focuses on improving how teams organise priorities, make decisions, manage workflows, and move from ideas to structured implementation.

Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
I support organisations in building and managing purposeful relationships with partners, funders, institutions, networks, and senior stakeholders. This includes stakeholder engagement, partnership coordination, relationship management, and preparing teams for meaningful external conversations.

Funding, Grants & Opportunity Development
I support the full opportunity development process, from identifying and assessing funding prospects to coordinating proposals and strengthening submission readiness. My work includes donor intelligence, go/no-go assessment, grant writing support, proposal coordination, and funder-facing materials.

Business Development Support & Pipeline Management
I help organisations strengthen how they track, prioritise, and advance opportunities. This includes CRM and pipeline management, opportunity tracking, reporting, follow-up systems, and internal processes that make business development more visible, disciplined, and actionable.

Strategic Communications & Executive Materials
I develop clear and structured materials that help organisations communicate priorities, influence decisions, and engage stakeholders. This includes reports, presentations, executive briefings, concept notes, event narratives, stakeholder messages, and strategic communications content.

Education, Workforce Development & Human Capital
I bring experience across education, higher education, employability, youth development, and workforce readiness. My work supports initiatives that strengthen learning pathways, career transitions, institutional growth, skills development, and human capital outcomes.
