Strategic Partnerships | Grants & Stakeholder Engagement | Education & Institutional Growth
Helping mission-driven organisations build partnerships, strengthen funding pipelines, engage stakeholders, and translate strategy into structured execution.
I work at the intersection of strategic partnerships, business development support, stakeholder engagement, and institutional growth, with international experience spanning Sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, North America, and Europe. My background spans education, workforce development, and international development, but the core of my work has consistently been helping teams and organisations grow, strengthen external relationships, and move from strategy to structured execution.
My work includes developing partnerships, building opportunity pipelines, coordinating complex proposals and bids, strengthening internal systems, supporting strategic decision-making, and translating complex priorities into fundable and actionable initiatives. I have worked across environments where growth depends not only on strong ideas, but also on clear positioning, credible relationships, coordinated execution, and the ability to bring different stakeholders around shared goals.
I bring a combination of relationship management, strategic writing, structured execution, and stakeholder coordination. I am particularly effective in settings where multiple teams, priorities, and external actors need to be aligned around a clear outcome, and where complex information needs to be turned into practical next steps, compelling narratives, and well-organised delivery.
